When can we get the app?

Outloud is in active build and launches in December 2026. Families testing it early get the app through an invitation.

The microphone isn't working.

Outloud needs permission to use the microphone so a child can read and speak. Check that microphone access is turned on for Outloud in your device's settings, then try again.

I've forgotten my password.

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

How do I add or change a child's profile?

Sign in as the parent or guardian. Child profiles are managed from the home screen.

You can ask us to delete your account and all your family's data at any time. In-app deletion is coming; until it arrives, deletion is by email:

• Email deleteaccount@blueberryml.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you use to sign in.
• We may reply to confirm you're the account holder before we delete anything.
• We'll delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Deleting your account removes:

• your account and sign-in details;
• every child profile on the account;
• your children's voice recordings and transcripts;
• their scores, progress and learning-model position.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as a record that a deletion request was made. Want to delete one child's data but keep the account? Say so in your email and we'll delete just that child.

As well as deletion, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or limit how we use it. Our privacy policy explains each right. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
